On Friday, Ms. Anthony's Commercial Photography II students photographed waterdrops. This precise activity included manipulating equipment, lighting, and timing to get the perfect photograph. Then, the student's modified the images in Adobe Photoshop, creating beautiful art from the water in motion.

Caroline High School post: "To ensure all of our events remain safe and  secure, we would liek to share with our community that the following protocols will be in place, effective immediately, for public attendance at CHS athletic games and ticketed events. No bags of any kind, will be permitted into the satdium. A clear gallon-sized ziploc bag may be used for personal care items, items for infants, or items for medical needs."

The Cavalier Golf team defeated Mathews yesterday 180-218. Trevor Gooch led the scoring with a 6-over 42. Van Downey shot an 8-over 44, and Annabelle Townsend, a round of 45. Finishing out the team scoring with a round of 49 was Cole Robinson. The team's undefeated season now stands at 10-0 and will conclude its regular season on Thursday at Piankatank River Golf Club against Middlesex and Northumberland. Tee time is 4pm. Go Cavs!

The King William Golf team beat West Point by a score of 181-220. Trevor Gooch and Van Downey led the team, both scoring a 43. Cole Robinson scored a round of 47, while Grayson Reid and Annabelle Townsend each shot a 48. Mason Kirby rounded out the scoring with a 49. The 9-0 undefeated team will host the Mathews Blue Devils on Monday at Queenfield Golf Club at 4:00 p.m. Go Cavs!

Yesterday was another successful meet on a new course for our XC Cavalier runners. The boys took second place out of the three teams trailing Middlesex by just 1 point and the girls team placed first overall. A special thank you to our Athletic Boosters for providing our team with some extra hydration packets! The boys team was led by Trent Mace in second place with a time of 17:45 followed by Jeremy Mace (3rd), Henry Kite (6th), JD Carson (7th) and Joel Barber (10th) out of 41 runners. The girls team was led by Reagan Walpole in third place with a time of 25:27, Callie Hurson (4th), Alexis Hessler (6th), Logan Johnson (8th) and Katie Simal (10th) out of 26 runners. Congratulations to all!

With a score of 170-182, the Cavalier Golfers won Wednesday at Queenfield Golf Club against the visiting Red Devils of Lancaster. This makes their season record an undefeated 8-0! Freshman Mason Kirby led the team with a career-low score of 41. Congratulations, Mason! Other scores included Van Downey, 42; Annabelle Townsend, 43; Grayson Reid and Trevor Gooch, 44 each. Our Environmental Science class took learning to a whole new level today! 🌎🗺️ Students engaged in an epic game of "Battleship" to master longitude and latitude coordinates on maps. It was amazing to see how a classic game could transform into such an effective learning tool!

It was an exciting evening on the course! The KWHS Cavalier Golf team remained undefeated for the season by beating the Middlesex Chargers 170-171 at Queenfield Golf Club. Trevor Gooch not only scored 3-over 39, but he also shot a Hole-in-One on the 162 yard par 3 8th hole. Congratulations, Trevor! Van Downey contributed to the team win with a round of 41. Annabelle Townsend and Mason Kirby both scored 45. Grayson Reid and Cole Robinson recorded scores of 48 and 51 respectively for the team. Next, the Cavaliers host the Red Devils of Lancaster on Wednesday at Queenfield GC. Go Cavs!
